Today’s the day! My sweet, IRL friend Stephanie launches her newest release, 1-2 Another ! We got a pre-release copy and have really enjoyed it! I’ve had several great little conversations with my 3 and 5 year old girls about what God asks us to do. He calls us to LOVE. I can’t believe Thanksgiving is next week and Christmas is just around the corner! I love this time of year, don’t you? A few weeks ago I joined @kerilynnsnyder and @thelittlesandme ‘s live chat on how to make the most of the holidays. I’m SO glad I did! One of my favorite things they mentioned was writing out all my thoughts, plans, and ideas for the holiday season. As a visual person I could look at all I wrote down and see just how much I was trying to squeeze into the 30ish days of holiday hustle and bustle- too much. One idea that did stay was our JOY Filled Family Christmas cards. Today we’re stamping out fingerprints! I always, always love seeing littles discover that each of their fingerprints are different and that in the whole world no two fingerprints are a like! Not only is it a fun discovery but an awe inspiring one too! . How infinitely creative is God!? How wonderful that He makes each of us uniquely different from one another! I can’t help but think of Psalm 139 . “I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well....How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them! If I would count them, they are more than the sand!” . Want to stamp too, but don’t have a stamp pad?! Use our SUPER SIMPLE DIY stamp method: fold a paper towel in half a couple times, add a small blob of paint, voilá! Homemade stamp pad! 🎉
